Abba-Imma Qigong and the Haiku Experience
This embodied prayer combines the 2,000 year old Lord's Prayer with Qigong, an ancient healing shamanic practice grounded in Chinese Medicine, in a blend of Taoist and Judeo-Christian wisdom and compassion. It honors the Father-Mother God, and the balance of Yang and Yin, while cultivating sources of Cosmic Qi (vital energy). It brings us into the present moment of connecting deeply with the mysteries of creation within us and around us. From this awareness come moments of discovery ready to spill into the 3 simple lines of the ancient Japanese poetic form of Haiku.
